This project is a townhome development located in the growing submarket of Nashville, Donelson, only 6.5 miles from downtown. The current plan will be a mixed-use development with 101 townhomes and a 3,000-square-foot commercial building within walking distance of the Music City Star commuter train stop. There will be a mix of two- and three-story townhomes. About 70 percent of them will have two-car garages on the first level. Townhomes will range from 1,300 to 1,600 square feet and will be priced from about $240,000 to $280,000.


This site is at the corner of Briley Parkway and Lebanon Pike – highly visible and very convenient for future residents. The project is an assemblage of 3 parcels and will be done through BNA Investments – Brandon Plunkett, Nick Adler, and Ashley Quinn. The site totals 3.65 acres and is currently being designed as a mix of townhomes and flats – 120 in total. 906 Architects in Franklin has designed the elevations and Dale and Associates is doing the engineering. We plan on construction beginning summer of 2019. 


Located in Madison, TN, this multi-family townhome development will have 51 units total. Each home will be two stories and have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. 



300 Stewarts Ferry is a 1.31 acre site between Lebanon Pike and I-40. FP purchased it already zoned RM20 which allowed us to build 23 units - 13 attached townhomes and 10 detached cottages. Phase 1 of construction is almost complete and nearly sold out. Phase 2 construction is underway and is expected to be completed by late April 2019. ZMX Inc. is the builder. We are currently pre-selling phase 2 units starting at $214,900.
